We regret to inform you that registration is now closed because the maximum capacity of the congress venue has been reached.
Interest in the congress has been extraordinary. The number of registrations exceeded our highest expectations, reaching the capacity limit of 2100 persons already by the first deadline. We ask for your understanding that we need to conform to the safety regulations prescribed by the management of the congress venue, and these prohibit us from accepting any further registrations.
We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause.

Looking ahead, we ask you to save the date for the 25th IUFRO World Congress which will be held from 29 September to 6 October 2019 in Curitiba, Brazil. We are excited by the fact that it will be the first IUFRO World Congress ever to be held in South America.

IUFRO 125th Anniversary Congress
An administrative fee of 20.00 EUR will be charged for any changes to the registration. For the cancellation in full of registration on or before 20 June 2017, a cancellation fee of 60.00 EUR will be charged. After this date, neither the registration fee nor fees for other congress events will be refunded. An unsuccessful visa application is no reason for a refund. Registration can be transferred to another name at any time for an administrative charge of 20.00 EUR. Any changes of registration for the congress events, with the exception of the Anniversary Gala, will incur an administrative fee of 20.00 EUR. No reimbursement will be made for the cancellation of the Anniversary Gala at any time.
Badge print onsite
Please note that the badges will be printed out onsite with self-service print stations. Therefore you will not receive your badges before the congress. You will receive the badge express print code with your invoice.
According to the abstract submission guidelines, the submitting author must be the presenter of the abstract. Therefore it is not possible to replace the presenter, if the submitting author is not able to attend the congress.
Abstract presenters are required to register by 1 June, those not registered by then will be removed from the program.
